Support and Communications

The best place to ask any questions concerning OpenGroupware is on the most specifically appropriate mail list; that is where your question is most likely to be seen by those most likely to provide an answer.

IRC
  • The #ogo channel on Freenode. While fairly quiet OpenGroupware developers occasionally hang out here; please follow IRC ettiquite - which means don't pop in, ask a question, and then pop out if you don't get an immediate answer. General questions are better off on one of the mailing lists.
Mail lists
  • OGo-Users (English) - The general Users questions list for OpenGroupware Legacy, or concerning OpenGroupware usage in general. This is a technical questions list.
  • OGo-Users (German)
  • OGo-Discuss (English) - Discussion concerning OpenGroupware as a project or conceptual new features.
  • OGo-Developers (English) - Discussion of OpenGroupware Legacy development or development of clients around OpenGroupware.
  • OGo-XMLRPC - Discussion of the XML-RPC implementation, both legacy ogo-xmlrpcd and zOGI. If you are developing an XML-RPC client or script and you have questions ask them here.
  • Coils-Project - Discussion for any topic regarding the OpenGroupware Coils project as well as OpenGroupware community information.
Forums
  • OpenGroupware.info (English / German) - This site hosts a couple of phpBB forums dedicated to OGo. Please do not use these forums; they are plagued by SPAM and it is very unlikely your question will get answered.

  • Follow opengroupware on Twitter for the latest news and updates to this website.
